**Híbrido**:Esta posição exige que esteja presencialmente 3x na semana (terça a quinta) em São Caetano do Sul.

**Papel**:Será resposável pelo processo de compras de serviços indiretos, atuando desde a recepção da solicitação até a conclusão do Contrato / Pedido de Compras.

**O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades)**:

- Atuação em compras e negociação de serviços e/ou materiais _indiretos _;
- Definir a estratégia de fornecimento das categorias sob sua reponsabilidade, avaliando as oportunidades locais, regional e globais.
- Interação os times globais de compras.
- Capacidade de interlocução com os mais variados níveis hierárquicos internos e externos;
- Conduzir os processos de negociações de compras, renovações de contratos e solicitações de aumento de preços;
- Atender as necessidades de solicitação de compra, recebendo e analisando as especificações internas, buscando identificar os fornecedores potenciais para o processo.
- Realizar o fechamento de compras dentro das melhores condições de preço, qualidade prazo de entrega, através de análises de cotações e negociações com os fornecedores;
- Trazer ideias inovadoras para implementação de oportunidades bem como se disponibilizar para desenvolver e liderar projetos que beneficiem não só o time mas a área de compras indiretas como um todo.

- Formação Superior Completa
- Inglês Avançado
- Disponibilidade de Viagens, não frequentes, dentro Brasil;
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma eficaz multifuncionalmente, interna e externamente e construir relacionamentos
- Experiência com commodities
- Experiência em lidar com questões comerciais com fornecedores e avaliar o desempenho do fornecedor
- Competência comprovada em habilidades de negociação
- Habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita interpessoal profissional
- Espanhol desejável
- Experiência com compras de serviços administrativos;
