We are seeking a Content Solution Strategist to guide our content efforts on our Global Business Marketing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development of thoughtful and compelling content strategies designed to meet clients' objectives and engage audiences across the Brazilian market with brands. You will be an integral part of working with cross-functional counterparts to ensure we are going to market in the most compelling and creative way with audience data, cultural trends examples, creators content and TikTok's advertising and media solutions to reach our clients' KPIs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with both sales and cross-functional content teams to develop brand opportunities and media proposals for clients and partners, including the development of narratives supported by internal research and data, media plans and creative solutions to articulate TikTok's value proposition to advertisers;
- Organize and conduct training & workshops to present proposed solutions with internal and/or external teams, including but not limited to Sales team.
- Participate in client communication and provide product recommendations with the sales team;
- Work with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing projects.
- Supporting media plan to reflect total, holistic / integrated solution (potentially cross-platform / channels), with clear media and/or marketing value for clients.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the smooth execution of campaign / proposed solution. Ensure timely delivery of key assets and client needs / expectations management.
- Lead post-campaign wrap up and coordination.
- Continually identifying new potential opportunities to drive added value for clients & sales revenue.
- Bachelor's degree;
- Relevant experience in digital media and marketing at an agency, publisher or technology platform;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
- Knowledge of content and branded content solutions/packages; Experience working across diverse content formats - video, display/ picture, text, etc.
- A quick and creative thinker.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially the mobile, social landscape in Brazil;
- Good understanding of media planning & advertiser needs towards communications plan.
- Worked across diverse portfolio of brands / categories.
- Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking;
- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments;
- Excellent verbal and writing communication in English.
