About the Team
The team is responsible for building an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for brands and merchants in Brazil.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Design onboarding ,activation and incentive program to help TSP (partner) growth;
2. Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams;
3. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to build synergies and alignment on key initiatives and programs, with both a strategic vision and hands-on approach to each task;
4. Provide Marketing/GTM guidance and operational support to partners and internal stakeholders to promote and grow the TikTok solutions to partners, brands and merchants globally.
**Qualifications**:
1. 8+ years experience of e-commerce business management; mixed experience in both marketplace platform side, commerce partner side and merchant side is highly preferred;
2. 3 + years experience of e-commerce Eco System Partnership;
3. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
4. A good team player, fast learner and open to changes;
5. Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving;
6. Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
