**What you'll do as a Full-Stack Web Developer at MBO**

You will take ownership over problems and systems you encounter while pushing the limits of technology to create state-of-the-art trading systems. You understand the strengths and weaknesses of the language and framework you use. Although not necessarily a designer, you must care tremendously about the overall quality, aesthetic and user experience with our products. No prior financial industry experience is required.

Your primary responsibilities include:

- Use Javascript libraries and frameworks to build beautiful and responsive experiences for traders.
- Research frameworks to identify suitability to new projects.
- Design and implement new product features.
- Enhance and maintain existing functionality.
- Assist with product documentation and testing.
- Identify and communicate front-end best practices.
- Coordinate and communicate task dependencies and timelines with the team.
- Developing in a Linux environment.

**Must have requirements**
- B.S in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- Experience with Back-End technologies.
- Knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS, React and REST.
- Knowledge of DevOps concepts.
- Technical communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments.
- Passion for innovation and building systems from the ground up.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.

**Nice to have requirements**
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Awareness of client-side performance considerations.
- Awareness of design and UX.
