**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Management**:

- Assist in coordinating and managing marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes, working with internal teams and external vendors.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment on project objectives.

**Digital Content Maintenance**:

- Update and maintain digital content across websites, social media, and other marketing platforms.
- Monitor and ensure all content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the brand’s messaging.

**General Marketing Support**:

- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Help organize events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to support campaign development and audience targeting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing for the finance/tech industry is a bonus
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing tasks with precision.
- Familiarity with digital content management (CMS experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital marketing tools.
- Professional fluency in English is required. Italian or Spanish fluency is a bonus.
- Experience working in a fully remote environment and collaborating with a global team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
