We’ll be looking for you to be primarily responsible for developing and scaling the FX business in Brazil, in both retail and digital environments. You’ll be involved in the business strategy, pricing, logistics, and hedging of the company’s FX position. You will have close contact with the field, managing the needs of the customers and translating this into new products or enhancements of current ones. Also, part of this position holds the relationship with the bank and financial industry partners, seeking efficiencies in WU business.

For such a growth-driven role, you’ll have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Treasury, Banking, or Finance plus 1 year in a management capacity. You will have working knowledge and experience with treasury processes, ideally on FX-related products, and a strong commercial approach for driving business growth.
