Enterprise Integration & Solutions is part of IT structure, our area is responsible for implementing emergent technology and facilitate all company on the digital transformation journey. We are focused in topics like Cloud, Data Science, APIs, Artificial Intelligence, IOT and Business Agility.

In this area, you’ll have the opportunity in develop a vision of overall IT Strategy and Business strategy, by helping them in converting Business Ideas to new hi-tech business solutions.

**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:

- Drive the implementation of new or existing cloud solutions focused
- in workplace like Office 365, Desktop Virtualization, Teams, PowerApps,
- PowerAutomate, Sharepoint and related.
- the adoption of integration with workplace cloud by using the market
- best practices.
- Be aware of and promote security protocols to ensure that business
- process and information are not impacted
- Promote a good communication between stakeholders (IT & Business), in
- Brazil and LatAm in order to share knowledges, best practices and
- solution reuse.
- Being in tune with new workplace cloud technologies or upgrades that
- are enabled at Bayer, maintaining close and direct contact with the
- Platforms and Technologies for Cloud leader and EPI Service Integration
- Team
- Stablish a regular communication with global cloud specialists in
- order to unblock process and being updated of new componentsenabled
- for usage.
- Work together with DT&IT Brazil and LatAm team in order to find new
- business opportunities promoted by the usage of existing cloud services.

**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?**

Mandatory:

- Relevant University degree in business, information science or
- equivalent
- Business know-how in respective working area
- In-depth knowledge of information technology and/or infrastructure,
- especially around Cloud Management
- Knowledge and experience in digital transformation topics
- Proven leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills
- Inter-cultural understanding and experience
- Strong communication skills, analytical, structural and strategic
- skills
- solutions in cloud
- Fluent English and Portuguese
