Motec is part of AMETEK Inc, a leading global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical products.- To strengthen our Finance department we are looking for a full-time dedicated Accounts Payable Accountant (m,f,d)- What tasks await you?- Independent processing and handling of accounts payable
- Checking, allocating and processing incoming invoices
- Posting invoices with and without purchase order reference in compliance with the approval process
- Reconciliation of accounts payable
- Regular analysis of accrual requirements for monthly/quarterly closing
- Preparation and execution of payment runs
- Collaboration on the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Preparation of reports and evaluations
- Concur travel expense accounting
- Maintenance of master data
- What do we expect from you?- Successfully completed training as an industrial clerk or equivalent training as well as functionally relevant professional experience
- Relevant professional experience in the relevant specialist area
- Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
- Very good knowledge of English and good German language skills
- Knowledge of MS Navision would be an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility as well as a solution-oriented way of working
- Customer-oriented communication skills
