Requisition ID: 26486- Job Location(s): Osasco, BRDanfoss is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Inbound Planner. **Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following._
- _Tracking export/Import orders - new and open_
- _Requesting quotes for maritime and/or air shipments with one or more cargo agents_
- _Conference and entry of expenses that make up the cost of import and export in OSGT/SAP systems._
- _Analysis of billed expenses pending payment_
- _Daily follow up of the status of import and export shipments (confirm reservation, booking, shipment forecast, shipment confirmation, etc.)_
- _Tests to implement improvements in SAP and OSGT systems_
- _Act in accordance with the guidelines of the company's Ethics Manual and its Quality Policy_

**Background & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or similar, within Comex or alternatively have some years of experience in import and export environment is required.
- Outstanding skills within communication, organization, analysis and negotiation.
- Understand and respect cultural differences.
- As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and result oriented.
- Committed team player with the ability to simplify things to secure effective and successful implementation of the initiatives you lead.
