**Sr Business Data Analyst**

**What you’ll do**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the business requirements and take accountability on investigating data and do problem solving
- Work on upstream and downstream data, curate and present in a meaningful analysis
- Develop reports and dashboards for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Recommend strategic value enablement ideas and execute them within agreed timelines
- Deliver meaningful business insights from data in a proactive manner (i.e. without prior specific request from stakeholders)
- Develop and document functional and technical specifications
- Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- State the minimum required qualifications to successfully perform the job. _
- These _**_must have_**_ qualifications that are _**_necessary_**_ for someone to be considered for the position. For example: experience, education, specialized knowledge, skills, technical requirements, etc._
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- Language Level: Advanced
- Background in Strategic Operations Data Analysis
- Strong knowledge of Advance SQL, Data Quality Analysis & Management skills, Data Visualization with Google Looker & Sheets (or similar tools Such as Tableau and PowerBI)
- Ability to bring insights and present data using Google slides
- Manage projects independently with little guidance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Preferred experience in Data science, Secondary research
