**Role Description**:
**Here's What You'll do**:

- Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (IT) and Manufacturing Recipe (MT);
- Develop fermentation protocols and optimize existing processes to improve the production of cell-cultured products;
- Prepare and execute cell culture experiments using bench and pilot bioreactors;
- Collect and analyze experimental data, prepare reports, and present results to the research and development team;
- Perform sampling and in-process control analysis (pH, microscopy, UV-visible spectroscopy, cell counting) of cultures in bioreactors and shaken flasks;
- Perform sterilization, calibration and maintenance of equipment and sensors (pH and dissolved oxygen);

**Education & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or correlated areas;
- 3+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, bioprocess, biochemical, food, or related areas;
- 3+ years of experience with cell culture (microbial or plant or animal) in bench, pilot and industrial bioreactors;
- Strong knowledge of microbiology, biochemistry, and process engineering;
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices;
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines;
- Advanced English for meetings with other global teams;
- Expert in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems;
