- Develop and employ creative and effective sourcing strategies that deliver a diverse and high-performing talent pool;
- Build hiring plans and Job Descriptions to meet increasing hiring needs for Corporate roles of all levels and domains;
**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Has a track record of working with high-volume positions;
- You are energized about Sourcing and has the ability to bring creative and effective ways beyond LinkedIn;
- You have built effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and are recognized as a trusted advisor in recruitment matters;
- You have excellent prioritization skills - time management, handling multiple positions with different scopes;
- You are an excellent verbal communicator with exceptional written communication skills in Portuguese and English;
- You are energized about metrics to provide insights, recommendations, process improvement and continuously seeking for quality within your processes;
- You have experience with ATS - preferably Greenhouse;
