Marketplace Matching Specialist

Hey there

Our rapidly expanding team is looking for a Marketplace Matching Specialist that will work closely with our Customer Success team and take full ownership over matching results for a large set of customer campaigns. You will be working with our marketplace platform to find the best fit creators for each campaign and initiate direct outreach activities for specific creator profiles. In addition to that you will be proposing and running various initiatives to improve overall matching efficiency as well as the quality of our creator's database.

About you
- You understand what ‘brand’ and ‘campaign’ is and are able to identify best fit creative talent
- You are not afraid of taking full ownership of your area and have the ability to independently drive your tasks and collaborate within a cross-functional team
- You are known for your superior attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- You have a data-driven approach to decision making with a ‘test and learn mindset
- You are a team player who is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented

You will
- Check briefs and identify the perfect creators for the campaigns
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to improve the attractiveness of briefs for creators
- Browse the Insense marketplace in search of creators that are the best fit for the launched campaign
- Ensure each campaign has reached its hiring goal for creators - collaborate with the Customer Success team to collect feedback from brands and launch direct outreach campaigns for new creators
- Onboard new creators into campaigns and manage communication with invited and onboarded creators to ensure hiring happens
- Generate insights about the overall efficiency of the matching process, propose and pitch your improvement ideas
- Execute tasks assigned by Campaign Success Manager (creating tech tickets, sending out extra follow-ups, reaching out to specific creators before hiring)
- Propose and deliver initiatives to improve the quality of our creator's database (launching surveys, running creators analytics, manual data cleaning, etc.)
