Financial Planing Specialist

Financial planning, service delivery and business support (General Manager, CFO and Management Team)

What you will do
- Design and lead the planning process (Budget/Forecast/LRS), assigning responsibilities to other areas of the company and ensuring deadlines.
- Responsible for submitting data within global systems related to Budget/Forecast & LRS.
- Challenge projections and suggest system improvements and/or implementations.
- Ensure alignment of all areas with the company's target.
- Interface with managers/directors negotiating deadlines, projections and results.
- Strong analytical skills and develop insights in order to analyze the company's results; actuals vs forecast and business forecast.
- Responsible for monthly close process (Sales, Opex and P&L);
- Sales analysis by business channel, product, business unit, price and volume.
- Expense analysis by area, assuming a key role in the affiliate's expense discipline.
- Analysis of Headcounts (actuals vs forecast).
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's strategy and decision making.
- Review the role of the financial planning area, according to the needs of internal customers (Financial, Marketing, Commercial, Medical, HR, New Business, Factory, etc.).
- Prepare presentations for the general manager and CFO.
- Adjust the commercial pricing policy according to price increases / campaigns.
- Business Case Assessment, focusing on the feasibility of launches and entries in key accounts.

Minimum Requirements:

- Completed college in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting.
- At least 2 years in Financial Planing
- English: Fluent
- Domain of Excel is mandatory
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Preferred Requirements:

- Hyperion;
- Anaplan;
- SAP
