Site Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- You will support and supervise a team to ensure they meet the requirement of the construction site; training, compliance, performance
- Safety is extremely important to us at Vestas. You will ensure all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental requirements for the site are maintained and complied with
- Stakeholder Management is a key to this role as you will need to update on performance to internal and external parties
- Maintain Site Safety to required standards.
- Achieve Construction Wind farm performance standards.
- Provide clear direction to contractor personnel.
- Maintain a good working relationship with Customer and Key Stakeholders
- Provide mentoring and transfer of knowledge to the team

**Qualifications**:

- Proven leadership skills and experience in manging teams
- Experience in long and short term planning of works on a busy site
- You will have exposure to asset construction operations, be someone who leads by example and 5S/LEAN principles

**Competences**:

- You will need to be Computer literate and have experience (in SAP and Microsoft suite of software)
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to liaise with stakeholders on all levels
