**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the software development life cycle.
- Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and other team members to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. Create and execute project plans, ensuring successful delivery within allocated resources and timeframes.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of React, Next.js, and composable technologies such as commerce tools, content stack, algolia, etc. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, promoting best practices, code quality, and efficient development methodologies.
- Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and provide constructive feedback to team members. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure thorough testing and bug resolution.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting effective communication, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and frameworks related to React, Next.js, and composable technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and technology advancements to enhance team productivity and deliver exceptional results.

**Mandatory technical requirements**:

- Proven experience 3+ years as a Development Team Lead or similar role, specializing in React, Next.js, and composable technologies.
- Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js, with a solid understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with composable technologies like React Hooks and other functional programming concepts.
- Proficient in web development technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and related technologies for data integration.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a development team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders, product owners, and team members.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

**Hiring Methods and overall information**:

- 100% remote role
- Average of 168 hours per month.
- You could be hired as a CLT employee (payment in Real) or as an Independent Contractor (payment in American Dollars).
- Work according to the EST Time zone
