**ADP Labs. **Located in Porto Alegre/Brazil, provides software development and infrastructure for world-wide ADP products, working with large scale initiatives across multiple geographies, including Brazil, United States and India. As an internationally distributed software development team, we are hiring:
**Developer**

Developer's work with clients, product managers analysts, architects and engineers to plan, design, develop, test and implement information technology solutions consistent with the business objective. Developers may develop and review requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test, configure and deploy software. Developers also participate and collaborate with other stakeholder including security, quality assurance, training, project management, engineering, hosting, & procurement when required to assist in other aspects of their projects. Developers at organization are expected to be results-oriented, have knowledge of new and legacy technologies, have knowledge of the relevant platforms and environments, and be familiar with business process, functions and data within their domain to provide innovative, insightful, and secure solutions

This position requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills. Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers. Solves a range of straightforward problems. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Desired BA/BS degree - or equivalent in education and experience.

**Experience**: Desired a related experience in the area.

**Fuctional Knowledge**: Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities.

**Business Expertise**: Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.

**Leadership**:Provides informal guidance to new team members.

**Problem Solving**: Be able to solve problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgement and precedents.

**Interpersonal Skills**:Communication - Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.
