**ABOUT THE POSITION AND WHO WILL BEST FILL IT**

Our mission is to hire and train a Quality Assurance Design Specialist that will uphold our core values and add to our ‘culture of coolness’. Someone that is dedicated to relentless self-improvement and looking to remain for the long term.

We’re looking for a QA Design Specialist who can help deliver high-quality work for our clients. You help by ensuring that every single digital marketing task aligns with or exceeds:

The perfect fit is someone who is diligent, consistent, and truly cares about creating exceptional and eye-catching designs that sell. Our goal is to help people grow their businesses and to help the leads get the information they need (while also helping our designers to improve).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Attending daily sync up at 9am EST
- Check for tasks and deadlines in our web app.
- Continuously enhance testing processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements in the design lifecycle.
- Understand and consistently reflect the brand voice of the client in design style
- Clear communication through text, audio calls, video calls
- Learn and maintain our high standards for quality design.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in website and graphic design to help persuade or create conversions
- Experience in digital marketing
- Interested in and able to accept constructive feedback
- Able to contribute with positive, constructive ideas for how to improve your work process
- A Client/Reader-focused attitude but also able to follow specific directions every week via our checklists, templates, and other instructional media used to operate the business
- Ability to remain detailed-oriented and focused when processing large amounts of information and has the ability to make constructive suggestions
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude with good organizational skills
- Must be diligent and consistent
- Creative, solution-oriented mindset
- Availability to work during company business hours i.e. between 9am to 5pm EST

**Salary**: R$4,200.00 - R$4,300.00 per month
