**NURSE PROFILE**
- Plan and organize work activities considering the company's health profile in order to meet the basic needs of the Colgate’s employees considering the integral human being;
- Supervise the Nursing team;
Participate in planning, execution and evaluation of health programs;
- Occupational exams control;
- Supervises and evaluates occupational care from nursing team to the employees;
- Support the doctor in surveying the causes of absenteeism;
- Manage administrative controls - supplies and medications inventory, equipment maintenance schedules, updating and analysis of indicators.
**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Administrative management of sector processes and documents;
- Discipline and organization to meet deadlines and procedures;
- Communication: Customer service;
- Interpersonal relationship with teams and/or workers;
- Agility;
- Proactivity.
**Basic Requirements**
- Graduation in Nursing with Post Graduation in Occupational Nursing;
- Have mobility to move between Colgate units, especially between the Anchieta and Jaguaré units;
- Experience as a Nurse;
- Experience in outpatient clinics.
**NICE TO HAVE**
- Basic English;
- Intermediate knowledge in Google and Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
