The Cloud Senior Analyst will be part of the 'Enterprise Cloud Delivery & Optimization' team. The main responsibilities are in the CIP (Continuous Improvement Projects) area across Cloud supported technologies such as Windows, Linux, VMware, Citrix, Security, Storage, Web Hosting and Cloud primary focusing on Citrix/VDI and VMWare. Besides the technologies, the job holder will look after automating process and procedures, as well provide good insights and collaboration within Enterprise Cloud through a data driven mindset initiatives.

**What are we looking for?**:

- High-level technical expertise in infrastructure technologies primary Citrix Virtual Applications, Virtual Desktop administration and VMWare environment administration with solid background in assisting on both new projects/deployments and daily operational troubleshooting, as well documentation, review and update of system administrations guides and procedures;
- Previous experience to perform proactive monitoring to identify potential and/or problems and provide resolution;
- Data Analysis skills to both handle current content and build new dashboards aiming to guarantee operational excellence and generate insights to improve services deliverables;
- Previous experience leading technical initiatives to automate recurrent and low-value tasks for both Citrix and VMware environments;

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Perform proactive monitoring to identify and provide resolution to issues;
- Work in partnership to both local partners and services providers to maintain and improve standards, policies and procedures;
- Provides third level support for troubleshooting of user access, system availability, and performance issues with core infrastructure systems including Virtual Apps and Virtual Desktops and Citrix Virtual Application.
- Leverage vRealize Operations utilization to automate key processes and improve efficiency;
- Participate with Service Provider partners in the planning and design of services and systems;
- Lead regular service reviews with service provider to discuss opportunities and highlights;
- Represent Delivery & Optimization team in projects and initiatives from different teams and stakeholders for both VMware and Citrix technologies;
- Work with vendors and service providers on following-up reports (technical findings, feedback, resolution steps taken) for Root Cause Analysis, engineering technical assessment and process improvement initiatives;
