Cloud Architect

What you will do
- Deliver successful discovery, analysis, and design workshops for small to medium teams of technical and non-technical backgrounds that shape and influence customer use cases and architecture design decisions
- Scope delivery projects and guide customers through successful pilot and production deployments
- Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale Red Hat's services capabilities, promote repeatable customer engagements, and lower delivery risk
- Address the customer’s technical, development, and strategic IT requirements as the main point of contact for Red Hat’s professional services
- Use industry practices and Red Hat's policies and procedures to solve diverse problems
- Serve as a customer advocate, designing the right solutions and ensuring that they are implemented and supported in an innovative and reliable way
- Scope delivery projects and guide customers through successful pilot and production deployments
- Design, create, and deliver content that will enable the broader Red Hat organization to sell, service, and support our cloud and infrastructure solutions at scale
- Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale Red Hat's services capabilities, promote repeated customer engagements, and lower delivery risks

What you will bring
- 10+ years of experience working in an cloud architect, solutions architect, enterprise architect, or architect consulting delivery role
- Proven record of working in a strategic advisory capacity to senior IT operations and engineering professionals and business executives
- Prior experience working in a consulting architecture role; ability to deliver in one-on-one assignments
- Good customer-facing skills; ability to present to customers and lead customer interactions
- Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies on a delivery level
- Experience implementing container technologies in an enterprise setting and with enterprise-wide deployments
- Knowledge of one or more Red Hat’s infrastructure solutions like Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; extensive experience presenting even to C-level executives.
- Understanding of the open source community
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and planning skills
- Willingness to travel across the region
- Excellent written and verbal language skills in English and Spanish
- Red Hat Certifications are considered a plus
