**The Position**
- As a Quality Manager LATAM, you will:

- Contribute to the development of the LATAM GDP (Global Distribution Practice) Audit strategy for external suppliers.
- Lead the auditor's team in the business area.
- Oversee the GDP external audit process, including audit program management, execution, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) follow-up.
- Directly influence the quality level of affiliates by supporting in quality trainings and process improvements
- Quality approve BA deviations and change requests and drive process improvements and simplifications in the business area.
- Represent the area in global/regional quality projects and lead business area projects as appointed.

**Qualifications**
- To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A bachelor’s degree in a life science such as pharmaceutical or similar.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Intermediate level of Portuguese is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, auditing within the pharmaceutical industry is preferrable as well as familiarity with LATAM market and regulatory environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
