❕This role is** 100% remote** and you will join a team that already works from 20 different world countries.
**THE ROLE**
As a **Media Buyer**, you will play a **pivotal role in shaping our brand communication strategy and executing high-impact paid advertising campaigns**. You’ll be responsible for crafting and implementing cross-channel and omnichannel strategies that drive engagement, maximize conversions, and enhance the customer experience. With your expertise in budget allocation across multiple platforms, you’ll ensure a seamless and personalized buyer journey. Your primary focus will be on optimizing campaign performance and delivering measurable results, all while contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- ** Campaign Strategy & Execution**: Develop, implement, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
- ** Performance Analysis & Reporting**:Create detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, analyzing key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- ** Data-Driven Optimization**: Leverage campaign data to scale budgets effectively, refine targeting, and enhance CPAs, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative team to design compelling content tailored to specific buyer personas, ensuring ads resonate with target audiences.
- ** Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing**: Partner with fellow media buyers to share insights, strategies, and best practices, fostering continuous improvement and innovation across the team.
- ** Continuous Learning & Innovation**: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new advertising technologies to ensure campaigns remain cutting-edge and competitive.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- ** At least 3-4 Years of Paid Advertising Experience**: Proven experience managing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, with a focus on driving measurable results and optimizing for KPIs such as CPA, ROI, and conversions.
- ** Strong Analytical Skills**: Expertise in analyzing campaign data and using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Managers to optimize performance and scale campaigns effectively.
- ** Fluent English Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present data, collaborate with teams, and explain strategies clearly.
- ** Team Collaboration & Leadership**: Ability to work with creative and media teams, share best practices, and mentor junior team members to drive collective success.
- ** Proactive Problem-Solving**: Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset, able to identify challenges and take quick action to resolve them.
- ** Continuous Learning**: Passion for staying updated on industry trends, new tools, and emerging platforms to keep campaigns cutting-edge.
- ** Deadline-Driven**: Experience managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines and achieving campaign goals.
**THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS**
- 10 min online DISC assessment to identify your behavioral style, as we strongly believe in the power of diverse teams.
- 15-30 min intro e-meet with Foxelli Group Talent Acquisition team to discuss company, role, your experiences, and expectations.
- Home Task.
- 60 min e-meet with the Hiring Manager and Foxelli Group CPO to discuss the vision of the role, your competencies, and technical skills, followed by a two-way Q&A session.

**SALARY**
€1,800 - €4,000 after taxes, depending on your**skills, competencies, and experience + bonus.
