Paymentology is looking for an FP&A Manager to support the business growth globally and deliver best in class financial analysis, planning and reporting to the group.

You will be responsible for Paymentology Group wide financial planning and reporting as well budgeting and long term planning process. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a high profile job that over time will provide exposure to the full management team and shareholders as well as to ad-hoc strategic projects.

Tasks
- Lead the preparation of monthly reporting decks to be shared with management team and shareholders, which address the performance of the whole group
- Prepare detailed analysis of financial performance, looking for opportunities to drive improvements and improve business economics
- Own the budgeting process end to end
- Prepare and own sophisticated and detailed financial models and 3 year financial forecast model
- Be tech savvy and use technology to drive continuous improvements to FP&A and finance processes

**Requirements**:
We are looking for individuals with strong financial background, analytical mindset and commercial acumen, as well as someone who has a strong presence in communication to develop partnerships within the group.

**What it takes to succeed**:

- 7 years or more of previous experience, many of which in fintech, SaaS and in FP&A or Private Equity or similar roles required
- Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering education with relevant qualifications such as CFA or CIMA or ACA or MBA from top business school is mandatory (or working towards it)
- Able to demonstrate strong, hands-on/practical accounting experience and competence to interpret financial statements effectively
- Experience in developing best in class board decks and power point presentations
- Advanced knowledge of Excel with experience of manipulating large datasets (pivot tables, filtering, lookups, short cuts etc)
- Proven 3 statement financial modelling skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills (both written and oral), preferably with commercial exposure in previous roles
- Project management skills, to manage internal and external teams to drive implementation of systems and processes
- Very strong attention to detail, yet also showing ability to surface the key material issues
- Commercial and Strategic acumen, capable of translating numbers into actions and options to support the business
- Proven self-starter with experience of being able to work independently, hands-on, focused on delivering outcomes and results, juggling and prioritising across workloads and consistently meeting deadlines
- Sage ERP (and modules) experience preferred but not a requirement
- Previous experience with implementing systems/new processes to improve FP&A processes desirable
