**The team you'll be part of**

Cloud and Network Services (CNS):
As Nokia's growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models. Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.

**What you will learn and contribute to**
- Manages customers functional and non-functional requirements by using industry best practices.
- Understands and captures the critical inputs of stakeholders, and translates them into effective requirements and solutions.
- Specifies and designs effective end-to-end solutions, through the high level design of architecture, to meet customer needs in a market positioning prospective.
- Applies solution architecture standards processes and principles, to create and maintain a solution's integrity over time.
- Develops the full scope of the solution, working across organizations to achieve workable solutions.
- Contributes to strategic decisions within solution and professional areas.
- Involved on the Sales process for the solution proposed and responsible for Professional Services estimations and Scope of Work definition leveraging deep experience of customer environment, offer complexity and products involved.
- Achieve accurate cost estimations while safeguarding Nokia’s interest though high-quality offer documentation.
- Manages Services Cost optimisation and assurance overall quality of the offer deliverables in charge.
- Adding value identifing pain points, KPI´s, ecosystem platforms of customers to build the better estimation cost and timeline offer´s.

**Your skills and experience**
- BS Degree and/or equivalent experience in Telecom Engineering or IT.
- At least 8 years of work experience in Telecoms industry performing Product or Domain System Engineering or Architecture Design, System/Solution Engineering, Low Level Design Engineer, or Lead System Integration
- Technical expertise in one or more of those key domains: Cloud, BSS/OSS, Digital Care, Customer Experience, Big Data Analytics, Security, 3th parties involved and associated Services.
- Have experience with Nokia products portfolio (Business Applications).
- Project experience with solutions having multiple integration points

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task given high volume of customer engagements.
- Excellent English and spanish verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet critical timelines.
- Strong interpersonal capabilities. Good team player.
- Creative ‘out of the box’ thinker.
- Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed.

It would be nice if you also had:

- External Experience in Consulting Companies or CSP´s.
