As a** Business Analyst** you will be a key member of the Sovos Product Management. This team is an integral part of Sovos’ success as it supports multiple functions within the company to provide forecasts, pipeline and sales reporting processes, on-going support and maintenance of our business systems and data as well as they perform various ad-hoc business analyses to aid in Sovos’ goal to Solve Tax for Good.

**_ What are my responsibilities going to be, more specifically?_**
- Design, implement, and enhance forecasting tools and processes
- Provide insightful reporting and data analyses to senior management in support of forecasting and performance management
- Gain alignment with business partners to better inform sales forecasting
- Provide meaningful business review, with a focus on performance indicators and key drivers
- Develop a partnership with stakeholders to enable buy-in and ownership of financial goals
- Provide objective analytical support to influence and reinforce business decisions
- Create Jira reports and dashboards for managers and executives
- Assist with execution and development of commission plans

**What We Need From You**:

- Sound analytical skills with the ability to successfully troubleshoot and problem solve with both internal and remote users
- Experience creating and streamlining recurring reports
- Ability to comprehend and simplify complex concepts/analyses to help influence decisions
- Capability to be self-motivated and act as a team player to work cross functionally
