**Mandatory Skills**:

- Proficiency in Figma.
- Proven experience in creating mockups, including wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred but not required. Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of experience and proven success in UX design.
- Articulate functionality and communicate effectively with leadership, stakeholders, and the development team.
- Experience in iOS mobile UX design.
- Present a Portfolio showcasing previous design work.

**Non-Mandatory Skills**:

- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with iOS product development teams, product owners, and product managers to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Articulate functionality and design decisions effectively to leadership, stakeholders, and the development team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design goals and objectives.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in iOS UX/UI design.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an iOS UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing iOS mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to various stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of iOS mobile UX design principles and best practices.
