Work Arrangement: Hybrid

**What awaits you in this role?**
- Partner Platform Management: Manage the partner platform, tracking sales opportunities, coordinating partner proposal responses, and scheduling site surveys to ensure timely customer responses.
- Proposal Support: Provide support to partner sales managers in the preparation of managed service proposals.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales and the performance of the sales team, while accurately recording sales data.
- Partner Platform Administration: Primarily administer partner platform administration duties, engaging with partners and sales managers across the globe.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with various operational departments of Reivernet (Client) and other RGC businesses to update, train, create and update marketing materials, technical documentation, reports, and engage with executive management.
- Platform Maintenance: Ensure the platform remains up to date, engaging with most operational departments of Reivernet (Client) as well as some in other RGC businesses.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, partners, and the Reivernet (Client) technical team on a daily basis.

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to succeed?**
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 previous relevant positions that have provided you with professional experience.
- Sales Support: Previous experience in supporting sales or channel sales is essential.
- Global Exposure: Experience working in a global role.
- Language Skills: Business-level English proficiency is mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- B2B Sales Experience: Progressive experience and a solid understanding of B2B sales.
- Technical Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in the Windows Platform Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Power Automate: Experience with Power Automate is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Pragmatic approach to problem-solving and proven experience working with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, internally and externally.
- Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships with partners.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Impeccable problem-solving abilities.
