**QHSES Learning & Development Manager**

**Job description**:

- Training & Development of QHSES programs and services for regional and global remit
- Facilitation and delivery of QHSES training to support projects, sites, yards and vessels
- Regional lead for Pulse Impact Quality engagements, prevention and improvement cultural activities, business improvements, and reporting for QHSES sustainability
- Partner to support QHSES requirements with internal and external clients, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Single point of contact responsible for partnering with QHSES Senior Leaders/Vice Presidents and P&C Knowledge Management group to manage and support the development of QHSES e-learning modules and other training deliverables for global distribution.
- Govern and manage the QHSES Excellence learning curriculum in iLearn and the publication of QHSES learning and development content and materials that align with our corporate QHSES initiatives.
- Work with the business to develop sustainable maturity and competency development plans for Pulse, IQ, Business Excellence, & QHSES training based on strategy and voice of the stakeholders.
- Location: Eco Sapucaí - Cidade Nova, Rio de Janeiro

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Oil & Gas Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Business.
- Experience in the Offshore Subsea Industry
- Knowledge of Q / HSE behavioural programmes
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Formal Q/HSES Certification (NEBOSH, OSHA, ASQ, IRCA, CQI or similar)
- Knowledge of investigation techniques
- Experience of Training, Content development, & Competency development
- Experience of Facilitation
- Continuous improvement skills
- Presentation skills/Communications skills
- Organizational Skills/Time Management
- Ability to manage change (MOC)
- Cost awareness/business acumen
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
- Fluent English and Portuguese
- Desirable advanced Spanish
