**Description du poste**:
You will join **Crédit Agricole CIB Brasil **as an **Investment Banking Analyst **. You will be part of the **Global Investment Banking **(GIB) **division which advises clients in context of Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets transactions and specialized financing.

**Your concrete missions will be the following**:

- **Search for information on industry and companies **& **prepare company profiles **including description, shareholders, financial highlights, recent developments, etc.
- **Perform multiples analysis**: trading and transaction multiples
- **Contribute to pitch books**:Create company summaries (business/industry description & stats), appendix
- **Support execution teams**:

- **Create and maintain deal information log **and meeting minutes,
- **Arrange and prepare materials **for client meetings,
- **Manage daily execution **of client engagements
- **Support the construction of complex financial valuation and other financial models **(discounted cash flows, dividends discount model, transaction and precedent transaction multiples, merger models, leverage buy-out models, etc.)

**To be eligible for a VIE**:

- Be **less than 29 **years old ;
- Be postgraduate of a **Master degree **;
- Be **EU citizen **(excluding Franco-Brazilian dual citizenship)

**You are **postgraduate **of an **University, an Engineer School **or a **Business School **with a **Master Degree **in **Finance **.

**A first experience in Investment Banking (M&A, ECM) is much appreciated.**

- Compétences recherchées
- **Hard Skills**: - Accounting and financial analysis ;
- Knowledge in financial modelling and valuation;
- Microsoft Office Pack ;
- Fluent in French, English ;
- Good knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus.

**Soft Skills**: - Ability to multitask and work in team ;
- Excellent communications skills ;
- Curiosity and willingness to learn;
- Capacity to adapt to a foreign country.
