This is a Product Engineering Supervisor (tractor) position where will be responsible for Current Products Engineering team focused on Tractors. Having the Farmer First mindset, focusing on exceeding farmers expectations, will manage a team responsible for the development and validation of solutions for current products field issues, working together with a cross functional team from the root cause identification till final solution implementation. Partnering with Manufacturing, Purchasing and Suppliers will work on improvements for components optimization, utilizing design for manufacturability and assembly methodologies.

**Your Impact**
- Lead Tractor Product Engineering on Current Products team.
- Lead Tractor Product Engineering current products field issues resolution.
- Lead Tractor Product Engineering product cost optimization initiatives.
- Represent Tractor Product Engineering in the cross functional meetings related to current products.
- Represent Tractor Product Engineering in meetings related to current products with dealers and customers. Coordinate contract design and drafting work.
- Estimate project expenses and capital budgets for current products maintenance. Prepare development plans and is responsible for meeting scheduled dates.
- Define technical and validation requirements to meet cost and reliability targets.
- Evaluate, define and resolve design and manufacturing problems.
- Travels to foreign and domestic sites, dealer and customers to solve design problems and to evaluate a product improvement.
- Uses technical expertise and product knowledge to play the leadership role in the problem resolution process when interfacing with test, service, plant personnel, suppliers, and consultants.
- Works with manufacturing teams resolving problems with manufacturing and statistical process controls.

**Your Experience and Qualifications**
- Mechanical, Ag, or Mechatronic Engineering Bachelor's Degree;
- Engineering experience in product development environment to gain mastery of complex engineering and manufacturability concepts;
- Experience leading directly or indirectly Engineering teams;
- Fluency in English;
- Desirable knowledge in agricultural products, in particular tractors
- Desirable knowledge in Problem Resolution Methodologies and GD&T;
- CAD Software, desirable Pro-engineer.
