15+ years of communications experience, with significant experience in entertainment, media, or technology sectors - Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field - Experience leading communications campaigns in Brazil - Network of media and industry contacts - Written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese - Crisis management experience - People management experience
- Deep understanding of the Brazilian media landscape and entertainment industry
- Collaborative team player with a strong bias for action
- Upholds high standards for work and results
- Knowledgeable about what's going on in the media, social media and on the industry and combine those areas for maximum PR benefit
- Ability to be both strategic yet handle execution
