Business Agility Jira Analyst

Provide insights and work together with the Business Agility and Data science teams to create metrics and KPIs to drive the company strategy.
- Configure and maintain the production of our Jira environments.
- Work with internal stakeholders to enable custom issue types, workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports.
- Create and manage JIRA assets, including but not limited to project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes.
- Ensure system stability and availability and address internal and external user issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Business Agility team to enhance the workflow of daily tasks to drive improvements in team efficiency.
- Respond to support requests for permissions and other internal needs.
- Administer the Opsgenie implementation while assisting internal users with permission, scheduling, priorities, and more.
- Provide insights and guidance to the company on best practices regarding Jira organization and usage.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience with design and solutions with Jira.
- Strong knowledge of the Atlassian (Cloud) suite of tools (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, Opsgenie, Statuspage, Access).
- Experience working with complex Jira workflows and automation.
- Experience configuring integrations between Atlassian and third-party tools.
**Desirable Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of Agile at scale and flight levels.
- Understand Cloud Computing key concepts.
- Jira Administrator learning path Certification.
- ACP-120 Jira Administrator for Cloud exam.
