**What You Will Be Doing**

Monitor and analyze company cash positions to cover cash commitments. Compile short-term and long-term cash forecasts and coordinate movement of any excess cash to and from investment accounts. The team is tasked with a few top priorities:
Treasury
- Determines corporate cash requirements and maintains appropriate cash flow.
- Prepares cash flow forecasts, analyses investment portfolio performance and other financial reports for management.
- Analyses results and investigates variances and trends.
- Works with accounting staff related to research of variances.
- Control corporate credit cards, in Brazil global AMEX contract is out of scope
- Do weekly bank reconciliation (previous final reconciliation done by Accounting).
- Make sure all FX contracts were signed by the local legal representative

Accounts Payable
- Manage T&E tool, Rydoo.
- Integrate T&E expenses into Microsiga.
- Verify invoices not received on time and request accrual for accounting.
- Understand withholding taxes since it is part of the payment process.
- Work with Procurement team to guarantee all invoices are paid on time

Billing/Collection
- Verify if pre-paid customers have positive transaction balance and interact with sales team.
- Coordinate with banks who we have revenue share agreement the validation of the revenue and invoice them
- Making FX trading for the revenue share invoice payments
- Calculate revenue not billed to be accrued
- Make sure we do not have invoices due invoices
- Proactively collect due date invoices
- Works with accounting staff related to research of variances.

**What You Bring**
- Knowledge of general accounting principles, financial statements, practices and procedures as well as banking functions
- Skill in analytical and statistical examination for complex problem solving
- Ability to create complex spreadsheets and demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, accounting, reporting and other related software
- Ability to prepare financial reports and meet deadlines, work independently, plan and work in an organized manner and rely on sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to handle daily responsibilities and special projects simultaneously
- Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and the public
