**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Data Entry**: Accurately enter and manage data across various platforms; Ensure data integrity and timely updates to all relevant systems.
- ** BPO Data Management**: Oversee and manage outsourced data processes; Collaborate with BPO partners to maintain quality and efficiency.
- ** Confluence Maintenance**: Maintain and update Confluence pages with relevant operational information; Assist in organizing and managing the documentation within Confluence.
- ** Trading Assistance**: Provide support to the trading desk with necessary operational tasks; Assist in the preparation and execution of trading operations.
- **Internal Team POC (Point of Contact)**: Act as the main point of contact for internal teams for operational queries. - Facilitate communication and coordination among various departments.
- ** Design Support**: Assist in the creation and management of operational design materials; Coordinate with the design team to ensure consistency across materials.
- ** Onboarding**: Support the onboarding process for new clients and employees; Ensure all necessary documentation and training materials are provided.
- ** Translation**: Provide translation support for internal and external communications, as required.
- ** Customer Support (CS)**: Assist the customer support team with resolving operational issues; Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient support.
- ** P2P (Peer-to-Peer) Operations**: Support the operations related to P2P transactions; Ensure the smooth processing of P2P activities within the platform.
