Oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen are essential small molecules for life, matter and energy. **How’d the process work?** An interview with MetaIT’s HR team, your future Manager here at Meta, a technical assessment and in case approved, a final interview directly with Air Liquide’s team. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities** - Conduct feasibility studies with technical teams (Architects, GIO, Alizent, etc) - Help assess costs, capacity, contingency, infrastructure and evaluate the level of risk, needed budgets and the resulting IT Value Creation (ROI, IRR) - Design and lead project governance and reporting, in line with governance standards - Define the structure, scope, and lead efforts around work plans, schedules, cost estimates, resourcing required to deliver the project - Take care about the overall ecosystem and identify external dependencies and risks - Support the development of project business cases and steward the proposed project through governance for sign-off to proceed - Manage internal and external (vendor) resources within a distributed environment. - Direct the project delivery through active sponsorship, leadership and involvement in specific initiatives to ensure they meet time, cost and quality requirements - Monitor and control execution of project though analyze, design, build, test and release phases - Serve as the interface between project teams and customers to ensure collaboration and coordination between all stakeholders. - Monitor and communicate status and progress to stakeholders. Communicate and incorporate feedback from customers. - Ensure that project delivery complies with regulations and company policies - Work in collaboration with Data Engineers, Data Analysts and Data Scientists and manage the development and operation of data products in close relationship with the business and the Digital & IT entities. - Maximize value for users (Business Intelligence, Data Science, Digital Applications, etc.). - Organize the complete life cycle of Data products, from business needs to production. - Within an Agile / DevOps team, organize the work of the team for the stages of ingestion, modeling, transformation and provision of data. - In-charge of the "backlog" and changes to the various data products within its scope of responsibility. - Interact with multiple business & technical teams e.g. World Business Lines, Hubs, Clusters, Digital Fabs, global IT teams: GIO, Alizent, and technical teams from GDO. - Data & BI PM may work on one of the following areas: HR data, procurement, group or other repositories, industrial and production data, customers, sales and marketing, etc **Education, Training or Certification Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related discipline - Solid Experience in two of the three areas: Business/Operations, IT, or Project Management **General Requirements and Knowledge**: - Experience in project management skills, methods and techniques (planning, scheduling, project control procedures, etc.). - Strong ability to work with data tables, and understanding of business requirements for BI needs - Basic knowledge of SQL would be an advantage - Ability to manage Agile and Non-Agile projects - Ability to manage projects and data products in a global environment: multiple Business Lines and collaboration with international teams - User-centric, understands the business requirements, objectives and motivations of each team member - Manages the "delivery" and can arbitrate on priorities (specifications, planning and budget, external resources) - Ability to perform multi-tasking and strong coordination skills - Technical background and attention to detail - Substantial experience in change, issue and risk management - Significant IT project management experience - Controlling and budget management - Excellent analytical capabilities - Critical thinking and problem solving skills - Demonstrate decisiveness and action - Able to simplify and synthesize complex situations with consideration to all elements - First class influencing skills, able to convince audiences to adopt a different course of action - Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
