Temos grandes clientes como PagBank, TOTVS, Unimed e BASF, além de outras mais de 3.000 empresas pequenas e médias empresas.

Clientes e usuários estão crescendo exponencialmente, com 10+ milhões de usuários por mês usando nossas ferramentas grátis e milhares de potenciais clientes por mês interessados pelo produto Premium.

**Buscamos um(a) Líder de Produto** para continuarmos crescendo e dando conta da crescente demanda.

Este líder atuará tanto como **Product Manager** quanto como **Team Leader**, aliando visão de produto com capacidade de motivar e desenvolver seu time.

Esta é uma posição estratégica, com contato direto com os founders da empresa e grande impacto nos resultados do negócio.

**O trabalho consiste em**:

- Liderar um time de desenvolvedores, QAs e UX/UI designers
- Atuar como Product Manager, planejando roadmaps, conduzindo discovery e garantindo entregas de alta qualidade
- Atuar como Team Leader, motivando e apoiando o crescimento dos membros do time
- Gerenciar backlog de produto, definir prioridades de sprint e organizar a esteira de desenvolvimento
- Colaborar ativamente com os demais times da empresa, incluindo TI, marketing, vendas e sucesso do cliente
- Monitorar concorrentes e realizar benchmarks e clientes ocultos
- Assegurar entregas de qualidade dentro dos prazos combinados
- Report direto aos founders, contribuindo estrategicamente para a evolução da plataforma.

**O que buscamos**:

- Experiência como Product Manager e/ou Product Owner
- Experiência com liderança de times de tecnologia
- Background sólido em Product Design
- Experiência com métodos ágeis e scrum
- Forte capacidade analítica, visão de negócios e perfil mão na massa
- Habilidade com comunicação e liderança é fundamental
- Excelente comunicação, proatividade e espírito de colaboração são fundamentais
