5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - 5+ years of experience implementing product roadmaps, product requirements, or program improvement initiatives. - Experience using data and metrics to evaluate a product or program performance. - Experience using exemplary communication skills (written and verbal) to present product or program initiatives to stakeholders at varied levels of an organization. - Experience scaling products or programs across varied business types or geographies.
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English languages.
- Experience managing complex social impact, community impact, or volunteering products or programs.
- Experience with creating and launching go-to-market strategies for products or programs.
