**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a Billing and Collection Analyst for Brazil, reporting to the Brazil Finance Manager.

**What challenges await you?**
- Manage the billing and collection processes within Brazil
- Compute, check and review the invoices and credit notes
- Ensure that invoices comply with local tax regulations
- Detect, report and remediate revenue leakage
- Identify and report problems with a sense of urgency, partnering with the business to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Request billing from the various providers and intercompany colleagues
- Assist in continuous improvement efforts
- Create templates and upload invoices as required by each customer
- Update and track the status of invoices.
- Interact directly with customers, both external and internal, to resolve issues and drive cash collections
- Coordinate activities with Brazilian Commercial Teams
- Report, on a monthly basis, the revenues per customers and per products to the CFO and Commercial Intelligence team
- Generate documentation regarding local billing rules in Brazil

**What do we expect from you?**
- Be a professional with a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Have advanced knowledge of Excel and experience in process improvement and automation in control implementation.
- Work with best practices to maximize area performance.
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
