- Working closely with multiple key stakeholders within and outside the companies including senior management, clients, agencies and other departments by leading and managing high stake projects vital for the growth & sustainability of Shopee
- Managing high-performing teams of diverse backgrounds to create and implement strategic projects and harness opportunities crucial to the growth of Shopee LATAM
- Carry out improvisation projects relevant to the growth of the business needs e.g. Analyze current platform performance and co-strategize initiatives with department stakeholders to improve revenue, profitability and efficiency across multiple departments
- Identify operational performance (e.g. Warehouse, logistics, and internal team) gap and implement multiple SOPs to enable the operational team to operate
- Source potential new business partnership and opportunities (E.g. payment partners, 3rd party fulfillment model, and others) end to end starting from identifying business need, benefit and cost analysis related
- Ensure that strategies are followed with good executions and follow-up actions are taken during the project
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Advanced English
- Consultancy experience is a plus
