**Key Responsibilities and Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Demonstrate a high degree of independence, managing your own workload and making decisions with mínimal supervision.
- Be curious, proactive, and eager to learn, staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment.
