**Position: Medical Scientific Liaison (Medical Affairs - Oncology)**
**Sites: Sao Paulo**
**Grade 29**

**Overview**:
**This **field-based **Medical Scientific Liaison **will be part of a team reporting to the Medical Affairs Associate Director, Oncology. **This professional will disseminate clinical information about Gilead’s innovative products for cancer treatment to thought-leaders, academic institutions, healthcare professionals, and professional organizations.**

**Principle Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
**- **Deliver timely, accurate, and succinct clinical and scientific presentations to healthcare professionals both proactively and in response to requests for information, consistent with promotional compliance, PhRMA guidelines, and ANVISA regulatory requirements;**
**- **Implement defined goals and objectives aligned with the Medical Affairs Plan of Action and other strategic initiatives.**
**- **Develop plans for cultivating and maintaining working relationships with existing and future thought leaders in an assigned geographic territory.**
**- **Participate in advisory boards, symposia, and educational programs, such as speaker training sessions and clinical conferences when requested.**
**- **Collaborate with colleagues across other functional areas.**
**- **Support the development, deployment, and appropriate use of field tools and resources (e.g., slide decks);**
**- **Complete required administrative and training procedures in a timely fashion (expense reports, documentation of interactions);**
**- **Adhere to all applicable pharmaceutical codes and **Gilead policies;**
**- **Exhibit Gilead’s core values: integrity, teamwork, accountability, and excellence.**
