**Your mission**:
- Design and implement software solutions, working closely with teams in the USA and Brazil.
- Improve processes and test methodologies.
- Define test strategies and test plans.
- Create new test cases (manual and automated) to verify/validate enhancements and fixes.
- Analysis of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform regression tests and analyze their results.
- Identifies and documents defects.
**You need experience with**:
- Experience in manual testing across multiple platforms (Web, Desktop) and testing techniques (e. g. Test Pyramid, white box testing)
- Analyze risks and define a delivery test strategy;
- Construction and execution of manual tests;
- Validate the stories developed;
- Communicate risks and the development team;
- Disseminate a culture of quality and good testing practices to other time members;
