**Role description**
- We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our R&D team, focusing on the development and management of digital healthcare product and solutions.
- The Product Manager will play a crucial role in defining product vision - including costs and high levelrequirements, business case, understanding market needs, and working closely with business and cross-functional teams to translate idea, problems and strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes and keep up-to-date on all developments essential to achieving desired outcomes with aim to develop and launch innovative products and prototype that fully meet customer requirements and drive business growth.

**Qualification and Experience Details**:

- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer internal business areas needs to identify opportunities for new product, prototype development and enhancement
- Establish and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with company goals and market/internal demands
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to transform product concepts into detailed requirements, user stories, and functional prototypes
- Actively participate of creation of contracts and proper documentation for hiring partners in which will attend the product development
- Develop and implement project costs and high-level requirements, business case, understanding market needs
- Prioritize and manage product development activities based on business impact, customer value, and resource constraints to deliver product with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and make data-driven decisions to refine product offerings and inform future strategies
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- ** **Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to promote product adoption and gather market insights

**Skills**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.**:

- **Hybrid model, going to the office once a month**:

- ** **5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the healthcare or digital solutions domain**:

- ** **Demonstrated success in developing, launching, and managing products throughout their life cycle**:

- ** **Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development and web technologies**:

- ** **Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment**:

- ** **Customer-centric approach, with a focus on understanding and addressing user needs****:

- ** **Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously**
