**About the Job**

Dadosfera, a leader in Data & AI Platform Solutions, is looking for top technical leadership talent. We seek someone passionate about data, who thrives in a high-learning, autonomous environment and wants to work with cutting-edge technologies. As a Technical Lead, you will leverage data intelligence and machine learning to analyze Big Data and generate detailed insights on products and users.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and inspire technical teams, contributing to long-term strategic goals and technical direction for both external and internal projects.
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Analyze and explore large datasets, create and support dashboards, and develop intelligent systems.
- Build resilient data pipelines, manage data processing, and support solution deployments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality data-driven insights.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, building data pipelines, and cloud computing environments.
- Experience with SQL, Python, and Machine Learning, with strong skills in statistics and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Linux, Shell scripting, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS: S3, EC2, IAM, SageMaker).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and version control systems (Git).
- Understanding of Data Lake and Data Warehouse concepts.
- Advanced English proficiency.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with Scala programming.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases and AWS tools (VPC, Lambda, SNS, SQS, RDS).
- Experience with process automation (CI/CD) and Docker.
- Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow, NiFi, and Spark.
