**What We Are Looking For**
We are looking for individuals capable of being accountable for QA within their small scrum teams. You are on the critical path from analysis all the way through to release to production, as we utilize the Genesis platform to deliver world-class solutions at incredible speed. We embrace the 'Three Amigos' pattern of working so your ability to collaborate as an equal with analysts and developers is just as important as your technical skills in test automation or ability to turn a client's vision into a concrete set of acceptance criteria.
**How You'll Play For Part**
Be involved in the full life cycle of software development.
- Collaborate with analysts and developers in the ‘three amigos’ pattern on BDD.
- Produce and execute test strategies, and test plans, and execute test automation scripts as needed against the Genesis products and services.
- Coordinate the execution of Manual and automated regression testing.
- Have a good knowledge of our business, services, and our customers’ needs.
- Play an active role in our cross-team, global QA guild.
- Own a QA regime within your team that gives both stakeholders and colleagues confidence in the deliverable.
**The Experiences You'll Bring**
Minimum 2-4 years of Testing Experience.
- Expert in executing QA within an agile context.
- Experience in owning exploratory and manual testing.
- Proven track record of construction and verification of acceptance criteria.
- Experience in capital markets is not essential but an advantage.
- The foundation level of ISTQB Certified or equivalent is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming logic.
- Black Box techniques, knowledge of the level of tests, and bug management
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical persons.
- Must continually strive to acquire new skills in relevant technology and business.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to set own goals based on shifting priorities.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
