- Diferencial Telecom.

**O QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ**
- Conhecimento em Pacote Office.
- Experiência em Atendimento ao Cliente.

**QUAIS SERÃO SUAS RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Monitoria de atendimento em campo.
- Roteirizar os atendimentos para os técnicos em campo;
- Acompanhar a execução das Ordens de Serviço via sistema, garantindo o cumprimento do prazo acordado com o cliente;
- Efetuar possíveis acertos de contrato no sistema;
- Informar ao cliente, possíveis atrasos ou mudança de horário;
