Automation Tester

**Who you are**:
You are a talented Automation Tester with great analytical thinking skills and an exceptional understanding of programming languages. Working within an established QA team, you will oversee the various **automatic testing phases** for eCabs’ stakeholders in different technical environments.

**What you’ll do**:

- Create **functional test cases** and automate them.
- Design **appropriate automated scenarios** based on the specifications and the requirements.
- Monitor **test automation results**and validate them.
- Improve** test scenarios** and related capabilities.
- Support **development teams**in terms of quality and testing.

**What you’ll bring**:

- At least 3 - 5 years of experience.
- Experience with using Jira (or equivalent) in an Agile team.
- Experience in testing REST services using Postman (or similar).
- Familiarity with version control (Bitbucket, Git or similar).
- Familiarity with Java, Selenium & Appium.
- Outstanding logical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding technical understanding and communication skills.
- Prior experience in writing automation tests.
- Nice to have - familiarity with GCP, Jenkins and microservice architectures.
