**What You'll Bring**:

- Excellent knowledge in leading technology practices, following new businesses and market/tech trends;
- Ability to lead teams through the implementation of dev/sec/ops practices in a.net and java environment hosted in the cloud and/or on premise.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value for business and technology leaders.
- Ability to identify technologies and global intellectual property that can be added and/or customized for local business needs.
- Knowledge within technology / software development environment - logic, security and best practices (tech savvy).
- Proven success in agile project delivery
- Strong strategic and business mindset that has managed expressive technology budgets
- Successfully led technology organizations as a Director and/ or Executive positions for other organizations.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Portuguese
- Preferred: Education degree in computer science or related field

**Impact You'll Make**:

- This role will lead the technology team in Brazil, leveraging TU's operating model and representing the global technology team locally, providing direct leadership of the Brazil software engineering teams, overseeing the local security team and infrastructure operations (on premise and cloud).
- Will participate in the global technology strategy and be responsible for the implementation of all technology strategies supporting our growing Brazil region, implementing new digital delivery models considering the development and positioning of the market, and representing Brazil in the implementation of the “Future’s Bureau”
- Will build tech value aiming to meet and leverage current and future businesses, through intense activity with our clients and business partners from tech and non-tech ecosystems such as E-Commerce, Payments, Open Banking and Fintech,
- Represent Transunion’s technology internally and externally appropriately as an effective communicator of our strategy and our brand messaging, delivering the mission within our customers, industry events and/or potential acquisitions.
- Core responsibility will include complete budget accountability for capital and operating expenses for Brazil’s technology organization. Will plan and approve the purchases of technology software and hardware purchases.
- Lead cultural shift to being quantitative in decision making with Global Technology. Champion and lead the use of quantitative methods to improve efficiency of technologies enabled outcomes for Transunion globally.
- This role will report to the International CTO of Transunion located in Chicago, and this role will have a reporting relationship to the Regional President of the business in Brazil.
