Team Overview:
As a Marketing Analyst you'll be tasked with growing brand awareness, consideration and loyalty for the 99Pay business unit, in the most efficient and engaging way possible. This role requires all-around marketing skills as you'll have a broad range of responsibilities, including negotiating and executing.

You should be a strategic thinker that's just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty as you are wading through and analyzing data. An entrepreneurial mindset is crucial in this role, you will be testing, iterating and creating best practices at lightning speed in order to move the needle on your market. You'll focus on scalable efforts that can be replicated in multiple cities by targeting marketing actions and partnerships.

Must develop ownership, be proactive and inventive to challenge traditional marketing for growth and efficiency. It should support the goals of the operation and defend the brand experience.

Role Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for help to building the marketing plan and execute 99Pay’s marketing strategy. You’ll identify competitor moove, build campaigns, users retention programs and help to continue the amazing growth of our business.
- As teamplayer you will achieve business goals, brand awareness and 99Pay SKU targets. Also, you’ll develop engaging experiential marketing and communications campaigns that convince those users to try their first experience with 99Pay
- Strong understanding of multiple marketing channels. Oversee campaign execution from start to finish, including the creation of project brief, project management, calendar and budget control, and coordination with agencies.
- Know about media plans, online and offline communication strategies.
- You're a people person with good communication skills. You possess the ability to provide advice and guidance that reflects an understanding of the Fontech business
- Engage our existing user base. We want 99Pay to become a daily part of life for people, and we never want the experience to stop feeling like magic. This includes active participation in the development of product improvements.
- Tell the 99Pay stories. You’ll work closely with our CX, PR and Operations teams to define the Fontech narratives and help make sure it is told consistently and repeated frequently in all of our communications among the 99 user base.
- You’ll make sure that all of the communities in which we operate know the convenient and reliable service we bring to them.

Role Qualifications:

- Deep, hands-on Marketing experience.
- Analytical mindset: you are a data-driven problem solver. You have Excel skills and can run post-mortem analysis on how well a partnership went.
- Knowledge of that includes combinations of the following: on and off marketing, analytics, lead generation, customer loyalty and retention, brand management and project management.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the marketing area
- Open mind and willingness to learn respecting the diversity of opinions and background of the team
- Be passionate about users and genuinely concerned about their experience
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and adopt a generalist do-what-it-takes mindset.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, effective marketing-related writing skills.
- Ability to thrive in an extremely fast paced environment.
- Advanced level of English. Spanish a plus.
